| Went to Ithaca to move daughter back home from Cornell for the summer. Hotel was only 3 minutes from the University, was clean, had reservation ready, and was reasonably priced. Only complainant would be was not clearly marked as there is alot of construction going on at this time.

| The hotel was basically the cheapest place in town, so my expectations were low. It wasn't immaculate by any strech as it's old and worn in places. However, it didn't make me cringe, and the beds and shower were fine. The breakfast was good and the wireless internet was fast and always connected. It's about 5-7 minutes from downtown Ithaca, so if you have a car, it's not too far out of the way. It's about 3.5 stars. Staff was friendly and helpful.

| Right off of Rt 13. In Cayuga Mall with grocery store and drug store. No need to worry if you forgot to pack something. Pyramid Mall with Sears etc. accross the street. Only problem is 4/06 Triphammer Road was being worked on - bad mess.

| This is a typical mid-range hotel that we picked mostly for price and its proximity to my son's apartment. It's a few miles north of the downtown and next to a major mall, so it is convenient -- but the attractions in Ithaca are its downtown Commons and the colleges, which are not close. Good make-your-own waffles for breakfast, but bring towels -- the ones provided are the usual thin motel variety.

| For the price of the hotel, it should have been spanking clean and luxurious, instead it was mediocre. Clean enough, but not sparkley and certainly not renovated or modernized in the recent past.

| The hotel may not be the fanciest or the newest, but the staff is really friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the fresh waffles for breakfast are great. Just an easy 5-minute drive to Cornell campus. Very near several restaurants.

| The hotel is not too far away from Ithaca, it is clean and the value is good for the price you pay to stay there. It was o.k. for a 2 night stay.
