| Had booked this hotel approximately 4 months before our trip. On arriving at the hotel they had no reference to us booking, but they were only 3 weeks under new management. It still doesn't say much for their filing system. The continental breakfast was a disappointment. By the time we went for breakfast all that was left was some small muffins and toast.

| We won't stay here again. Didn't have our reservation. Keys wouldn't work in door...1st or 2nd time. Finally got a new room. Front desk clerk was surfing personals while checking people in.
