| As other reviewers stated, this hotel is nice if you have a room facing the pool in the center courtyard, which I had If not, you are facing dirty parking lots. The breakfast included was very good, so was an added bonus. If the carpet, etc. gets updated it will be very nice instead of just okay.

| The floors in the room were dirty as were the chairs and table on the patio. We could here the people upstairs everytime they walked. I called housekeeping and they couldn't find anyone to talk to me in English so I had to call the front desk with my request. The request was never taken care of. The swimming pool was clean and the linen and bathroom were adequate.

| Everything was good except for the clerk on duty the evening of July 6th. I wanted to check out because we were leaving at 4 AM the next morning and all the clerk could do was to tell me reasons why I couldn't check out instead of trying to find a way to make it happen. He had a closed mind to what I needed to do.

| There was an awefully smell that seemed to come out from smoke being absorbed and then emitting out from the dirty carpet. The receptionist was not particularly friendly either.

| Chose this hotel over others in the same price range and vicinity due to its slightly higher rating. I can't imagine those I skipped over to be any worse than this place. The bed was not comfortable at all, the balcony was in bad shape, TV was lousy, etc. In summary, go elsewhere!

| Good value for the money, about what you expect from this line of hotels. The rest of Santa Fe is very expenesive.

| This was the second time we'd stayed at the Quality Inn on Cerillos, and both my wife and I noticed a significant down-grade from the last time we'd been there (two years ago). For example, when we checked in I noticed that there were several sticky marks on the bedside table, indicating it hadn't been wiped off after the previous occupant, and when I went out onto the balcony overlooking the courtyard, I found an empty beer bottle had been left behind. Clearly the staff were not doing as good a job as they had before. On the other hand, the pool was nice and well-kept, and our grand-daughter certanily enjoyed it. And, after all, unless you want to spend a few hundred per night to stay at one of the hotels close to the Plaza, you really don't go to Santa Fe for an impressive hotel experience, and, as usual, we did spend most of our days there out and about.

| I found the best price on Expedia after searching various websites. I didn't need anything fancy; the hotel was comfortable and price was right. It had everything I needed. The free hot breakfast was great too. The stairwells could have been vacuumed more often. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the plaza, but no big deal.

| There was construction going on during the day, the pool was closed (which is why we picked this place), the matress hurt our backs, and I found several hairs in my new towels from the cleaning women. Other than that, it was it a pretty good location and the staff was pretty friendly. They also have free internet.
