| The hotel service was great and the overall condition of the room was nice. However, because I had a room next to the elevators, I was disturbed by the noise all night. Also the climate control was hard to master in the room---it was somewhat warm. I would definately stay at the hotel again based on it's central location, but I will definately ask for a room away from the elevators.

| Hotel is located exactly in the middle of everything you would want to see in downtown Chicago. It was a short walk to any site. Check in was fast, hotel staff (front desk, concierge, barkeep, maid)were very friendly. Room on the 38th faced the lake so the view was great. King bed room was large and very clean, with big sitting area. Maids came twice a day to freshen up the room and towels. When you call for service they call you by your name, nice touch.Room service was super fast. Two newspapers each morning. Elevator and hallways kept clean in great shape. Go back in a minute.

| I booked this room for my daughters 7th Birthday, so we could make a weekend of it in chicago, plus I had promised an American Girl doll for her 7th birthday. The hotel was in a great location, and the staff was abosoluty the best, very nice and helpful. We were only blocks from the Water Tower, American Girl, Giordono's Pizza, plus we were only a $4.00 cab fare from the ballet we saw. You will love it, the beds are feather, and comfortable the best sleep I ever got in a hotel.

| This hotel is a very nice property with a fantastic location for shopping. The only problem we had was with check-in, we requested a connecting room and they moved us around 4 times and we still didn't have a connecting room. I think we were helped by a new girl which would explain a lot. Other than the check-in process, everything else was fabulous. The lobby is continuously full of people hanging out enjoying a cocktail. The rooms are nice and the beds are super comfortable.

| The restaurant was surprisingly good. The pasta dishes were well prepared as were the salads. In the middle of shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to other hotels for business. The room was not extravagant but more comfortable than some of the more expensive hotels. Fitness center was available with easy access and no extra charge. Walking distance to several museums.

| The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We did not have to take a cab anywhere. Shopping was right outside the front door...literally. Dining was also within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. The room was small, but expected.
