| Excellent location next to train station, buses, tourstops, upscale shopping and restaurants. Rooms are typically very small but tastefully decorated, clean, and functional. Extremely helpful and dedicated staff. Internet connection in room is a modest surcharge, otherwise guests can use the lobby computer for free. Direct dial phones with no charge for 0800 numbers. Standard huge scandinavian buffet breakfast included. I stayed here my first night because of the low price, tried nearby competitors at higher cost, and came back here for my last two nights in Helsinki. In my opinion, the superior service, staff, atmosphere, and attention to details outweighed the smaller rooms.
