| Every single person we dealt with was so helpful and polite in every way. It was sort of a shock, actually. Bed linens were a little too 'bleachy' smelling, but that might just be my own sensitivity.

| Staying at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee was a pleasure from the moment I walked in. I was checked in and headed to my spacious and comfortable room within 5 minutes. Upon entering my room I first noticed the large bank of windows overlooking downdtown Milwaukee; that alone made the stay worthwihle. The staff was knowledgable and courteous at all times and always willing to help. The only downside (albeit a small one) was that during high traffic times, the elevators seemed to have difficulty parsing the floor requests and I found myself waiting over 5 minutes for an elevator on several occasions.

| The hotel was very comfortable and reasonably quiet. Besides the group I was with, there were a large number of high school aged people staying at the hotel who were participating in a chess tournament. They were reasonably well behaved, but if you opened the room door you could hear talking and occasionally someone running down the hall. With the door closed and the A/C fan on, I hardly noticed them at all. The only complaint I would have was that the elevators were a bit slow at times.

| I was very impressed with this hotel but was surprised that they didn't have a tiny refridgerator in the room. When I called the front desk they said I had to rent it for $25/night. Kind of a ripoff if you ask me!!
