This place was great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only comment would be that i asked for an early morning wake up call for my flight out, and they didn't call... I woke up on my own, but it could have been a disaster...

We only stay at the Hyatt if possible because we expect a certain level of service. Upon our arrival, we could not get the attention of the desk clerk or the bell captain, this was our first clue of how bad our experience would be. There were too many problems to list, I will give you the highlights. Foul odors, not enough towels after pleading phone calls, room service meals cold and late, and the icing on the cake, the attitude from the service staff that any reasonable request was a huge inconvience, let alone if our request could be heard. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The manager was made aware of our problems on our departure, and tried to rectify the problems, but it was too little too late. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. This property puts a tarnish on the Hyatt's reputation.

I especially enjoyed the exercize facility that included a dry sauna, outdoor jaccuzi (2) and swimming pool. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. There were other eateries within walking distance.

I wouldn't consider this hotel a 4 star. The bed was not impressive and the furniture was beat. Unfortuneatly it's one of only two, 4 stars in Albuquerque. There are no 5 stars.

The Hyatt has lost it's touch. The hotel felt dark and deserted. Maybe it was the time we went the most people we saw was at new years eve. The crime rate must be up in albuquerque since all we heard was lock your doors and keep an eye out for strange persons. There was also alot of deferred maintenance.

I stayed the night before Thanksgiving when downtown Alb. was empty, as was the hotel. I had a family with children placed next to me. With a 21 floor hotel, why would someone staying alone be placed next to a family with children? Additionally, the morning of my check out, I had two visits from housekeeping. In a four star hotel, neither of these inconveniences should have happened.

I was disappointed in the quality of the hotel. For a Hyatt, the hotel was adequate. Service was adequate. Need to upgrade the hotel (carpet, etc.).
