| I live in Baton Rouge and know the city of New Orleans very well. The location of this hotel is excellent if you want to be walking distance to the french quarter and bourbon street. It is also close to the riverwalk. Great hotel. Love Hilton products.

| Older hotel, outdated appliances, comforter, bathrooms, etc. Little details such as - no small trash can in bathroom or room, shower curtain liner about a foot too long - so all piled up in tub, nasty old bedspread. Didn't mind paying what I did to help New Orleans get back on it's feet, but was way too expensive for what I got.

| My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very close to downtown attractions such as the Aquarium, the Riverwalk, Harrrah's Casino and Bourbon Street. Please note that valet parking at this hotel is $25 day (plus $3 tax). This parking fee is typical for downtown parking.

| The walls were a little thin, but we were interested in seeing the city, so not disturbed by neighbors. Staff were very helpful and courteous. No one bothered us if we had the do not disturb out. The parking is a bit expensive, but safe and we found most other hotels to charge the same for parking. The location was great...near the water and near enough to the French Quarter. We weren't interested in being up all night by staying on Bourbon street. It was very safe.
