| As a business traveler, I enjoy staying at Fairfield Inns. This location was not nearly as nice as their others. The outside appearance made me do a doubletake to be sure I had arrived at the correct hotel. Inside was satisfactory. During the night an electrical transformer blew and the morning had me waking up to only 1/2 of the lights in my room working and no internet service.

| This is a very nice hotel, close to the airport. It is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. They have a pool and a very nice continental breakfast. I would go again. Made a long trip easy.

| Our room was clean and well-kept. The bed was fairly new and extremely comfortable. There was a variety of pillows on our bed, with varying "softness", so that we could pick the ones that suited our taste. The continental breakfast was excellent with great variety and the staff on hand was helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that there were kids in the pool, sauna, and hot tub after 10 pm, even though they post a sign saying that 10 - 11 is for adults only. No one from the staff came to the pool area to enforce this rule. We don't have young kids anymore, so we were looking forward to some quiet time in the hot tub.

| We enjoy the pool and gym when we stay there. The continental breakfast eliminates the need to leave in the morning, and offers a delicious variety of breakfast items. The room is always clean and comfortable - we love staying there!

| The staff were courteous and professional, visibly interested in making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The continential breakfast is superior to most complimentary breakfasts we have utilized at accommodations in North America.

| The lobby is welcoming, the continential breakfast very yummy, and the hot tub and spa wonderful, making this a very nice place to stay in Bangor, Maine! I enjoy this hotel very much.
