| Nice hotel. Clean. Great breakfast. Wish it was closer to the Metro (subway) or wish hotel staff had bus information for the bus stop outside hotel. They didn't have info and didn't give any help on this topic (although they were helpful in other matters). Also wish they had airport shuttle service. While they do advertise laundry, the number of machines is extremely limited at 4 washers/dryers for the entire hotel.

| The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The furniture and bedding appear to be fairly new. The free breakfast was somewhat chaotic because of the amount of people staying in the hotel. Sometimes it was hard to find a place to sit. We would definitely stay there again.

| I recently found myself in DC and did a internet hotel search. This hotel was chosen based on its location and prior reviews. I definitely made a good choice. The location could not be better, close to the metros - Foggy Bottom stop (orange and blue lines)and Dupont Circle (red line), and a short walk into Georgetown. Restaurants were everywhere. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even pointed out a free parking spot on the street for me as I checked in! The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel offered a free breakfast and happy hour which was a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel without hestitation.

| We are a family of 4. This was our 1st experience with an Embassy Suites Hotel and we all agree that this is the very best Hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was big with a seperate living/dining room combo that made it super nice. The location was great (very safe) and close (a few blocks) to the Metro stations (the Subway) in 2 directions. The very best features were (a) an excellent FREE buffet breakfast each morning and (b) a Free evening "Drinks and Snacks" Manager's Get-together (including free open bar, Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic drinks)and chips and Salsa. We will always try to stay at Embassy's when we travel from this point forward.

| Nice to be able to spread out in an Embassy Suites. Kids loved the big tv's. Complimentary breakfast always a plus and in this case a variety of fruits, breads, etc. The manager's happy hour brought a smile to my face. The walk to the subway is a bit of hike especially after a long day of walking and looking. I'd stay here again without question.

| Hotel is located between 2 metro stops and within walking distance to Georgetown. If you leave from Foggy Bottom and return via Dupont Circle, you will always walk down hill! Room was clean. It was nice to have the extra space. We were traveling with teenage daughter, so had more privacy then regular hotel room. Easy to find. On-site garage was nice. Only problem was the elevator to garage was broken the whole time we were there. We did not use our car while there, but was hard to get luggage to car upon check-out. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again on next visit!

| This Embassy Suites hotel was recently renovated. Our teenagers loved the two large televisions and the large rooms that offered privacy. The complimentary breakfast was good and the evening drinks were appreciated. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not impressive, but the staff did try to please. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. We did not hear any noise in the bedroom, however, from the room with the sofa bed, you could hear the late night parties taking place. We did not complain to hotel staff, so we do not know how that would have been handled.

Accessible within walking distance to to metro stations. We never used a taxi or car once!!The room was perfect for the boys and us with plenty of space and tv in each room. The desk was very helpful with info for site seeing. We would love to stay at this hotel again!!

| We had no hot water when we stayed on May 22. We had to take cold showers and could not wash our hair. This was very upsetting as we had chosen the hotel to be near the Washington D.C. club where my husband was to speak at a memorial service. If this was routine maintenance, we should have been informed of the matter at the time we checked in, not left to discover the problem when it was too late to move to another hotel.
