| Nice hotel,Initially when I called in the morning to confirm my reservation they could not find my booking. They were directing me to their reservations office for further questions. We showed up early before check-in time and finally they were able to find my booking but asked to come back at 2pm which is their check-in time. Room that I requested for was not given, for 2 double beds but compensated with 1 king bed and free charge for the roll away bed. We inquired if they had late check-outs but they said no, so we ended up extending our reservations for another day even if we were only using it for less than half day. Front staff that helped us on first day was very helpful and polite, excellent service.The room was clean, standard size, tight for 3 adults and luggages.Comforter on bed, a bit frayed, could use updating. Japanese restaurant in hotel is good.Pool is like an oasis being the hotel is located near main avenue. Breakfast buffet is okay, could use with a few more choices.Security is tight around hotel vicinity with canine security which is great,however the dogs could use more water and an occasional treat esp during the hot afternoons in the city. Overall, will recommend this hotel just double check your reservations before the date of your stay.

| Rooms are comfortable and kept clean. Services such as airport transport, laundry and concierge are good. Restaurants are reasonably priced, but food and service are inconsistent. Well equipped health club includes exercise classes and open long hours. On the negative side, check-in was slow. Down pillow and comforter had a funny smell, owing in part probably to the climate being humid and also poor quality of down.

| For the past 50 years I have stayed at high end hotels before but never had such an enjoyable experience. The Hotel staff was very friendly, the food delicious/excellent quality, the rooms very clean&comfortable. The Hotel&grounds absolutely impressive. A major part of a holiday/vacation is the people that work where you stay - here you will be delighted. The folks are beautiful - I loved them all! A smile goes a long way.

| My husband and I enjoyed the stay! Our room was great and the place was clean and very near to the mall where we can shop for food! Great savings!
