This seven-story hotel is one block from Horseshoe Falls, Niagara Reservation State Park, and Maid of the Mist boat tours. Seneca Niagara Casino and Rainbow Centre Factory Outlet are both two blocks away. Year-round recreation is available in an indoor pool, spa tub, sauna, and fitness room, as well as a jungle gym and video-game arcade. A casual restaurant serves all meals, a pub is open daily, and room service is available. Also provided are four meeting rooms and complimentary wireless Internet access in the atrium area. A tour desk is open seasonally, and parking is free.

| This was our first trip to Niagara and we din't spend much time in the hotel, so no review about the pool and other facilities. The room was nice and clean. Bed was also comfortable. Staff was friendly. Oh, there were no towels in the bathroom when we got there. Also, the pitcures posted on Expedia seem to of some renovated room, definetly not the one we were into. Overall a nice and pleasant experience.

| This hotel may be walking distance from the falls but find something else. We asked three times before we got towels and never got a washcloth. There was still water in the coffee pot from the last guest and hair on the floor. It just wasn't worth the price.

| After reading mixed reviews prior to staying, I had some doubts. I'll admit the hotel room could have been cleaner (mildew on shower curtain; dusty furniture) but the proximity to the falls, the view, the hardwood floors, the comfort of the beds & pillows and the overall service (we requested a refrigerator and extra towels upon check in; they were delivered immediately) make this hotel worth recommending

| This hotel was the dirtiest hotel we have ever staid in. The management was terrible. It would take to long to write down everything that we have had to go through to try to get this resolved. Trust us, don't ever stay at this hotel.

| I expected a much nicer hotel for the price. The room was not clean: hair every where, dirty floors, bed covers were dirty etc. Said they would correct the problem, but only placed coffee packets on the bed- did not clean. The bar/restaurant staff was very friendly. On a positive note: the bed was very comfortable, hotel close to just about everything.

| The beds in our room were comfortable, but everything else about this hotel was in pretty poor condition - from the breakfast buffet, to the pool, to the playground (disassembled), to the common areas. With a little work, it could be the nicest place to stay in the NY side. Given the choice now, I would recommend staying in Canada and visiting the NY side for the parks.
