| Well, we were excited at first until we walked in the room and went to use the bathroom. I lifted up the toilet lid and there was someone's urine and toilet paper still in it. I flushed the toilet only to see that it began filling up. I lifted up the seat and there was a spot of urine on the toilet. I called the front desk and someone came right up and fixed the toilet and cleaned it for us. So then we were fine. Later one that night, we were laying in bed just watching TV when all of a sudden the front wheel on the bed broke. So now we were laying there in a broken bed wondering what to do. Luckly we had a room with 2 double beds so we got up and switched beds. Other than that it was OK. I would recommend it because they were at least willing to help and give back my money (full refund) so that does help. But the whole urine thing kinda grossed me out. I don't mind a broken bed as much as something not being cleaned. I wondered what else they didn't clean. Long story short...would recommend because of friendly service, wouldn't recommend because of uncleanliness!
