| This hotel only had a 2 star rating when we booked. But, we all was impressed with the look, feel and friendness of the staff. The rooms where large and comfortable. Plus the staff made you feel as though you was an old family friend come to visit. This is one place that I will stay again.

| Well placed, slightly out of the way of main roads. Clean rooms, and sizable. Fun pool, good breakfast. Would return again.

| Clean hotel. Good sized suites with microwave, fridge, safe, and sofa sleeper. Good price. Pool and hot tub. Great complimentary breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more from a mid-range hotel.

| The hotel had nice grounds, a well-maintained pool, a good selection at breakfast (which was complimentary!), and the room was great. Very well-priced for the amenities and the area! We would certainly recommend it to others!

| The lobby and halls were fairly clean, but the room was filthy! Long, black hairs in the tub, dust everywhere and linens that looked as though they hadn't seen a washing machine in a looooonngg time. I know we didn't pay much, but I've stayed at other Amerisuites, and expected much more. Suffice to say, we didn't get what we expected.

| The hotel was convenient because it was located near the Grand Rapids Airport and it was in a quiet area. The person at the reception desk was nice! Other than that, there's not much to say about this hotel. The room is old and the carpet, chewed up. The sheets and comforter were not comfortable at all. It felt like we slept under an old rug. We would not come back here again!

| I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. My son and I stayed her for a weekend and got an awesome deal. Because of the price, I expected the place to be run down but was very surprised to find a beautiful suite. Tasteful colors, marble countertops, nice furniture and comfortable beds. Everything looked new. The pool was nice too, although small. Hot tub was an added bonus.

| The pool was very cloudy and the foam in the hot tub was very dirty. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Otherwise the room was clean and the beds were firm and comfortable.
