Nice hotel and great location. Rooms are a little small for three adults, but would be perfect for two.

5 minute (or less) walk to Water Tower, American Girl, Magnificent Mile, and Oak Street Beach. Great food. Our "suite" was simply a room, with a sofa sleeper on one side, but very comfortable and nicely furnished.

We chose this hotel chain based upon a prior experience in a different city. The suite was excellent. The flat screen TV in the main living area was very nice. The king size bed was exquisite as well. The room service was lacking, however. Although the food arrived promptly, the food was poorly prepared and the placesettings were inadaquate for two people.

Newly renovated suites (all guest rooms are suites) - contemporary look, great accessories like remote broadband, Aeron graphite desk chairs, really comfortable beds/pillows. Good location. Lobby is low-key - functional but not elaborate. Cozy dining room and bar.

The hotel is excellently located, within walking distance of most venues. We also found it quiet and comfortable, so very good value. Our only complaint is that there was no television in the 'parlour' area of our King-suite, so if we wanted to watch television it had to be in the bedroom. Otherwise an excellent choice, and we would certainly return.

This hotel offered something for everyone....perfect location, just a couple of blks. from the lake, one blk. from the Mag. Mile. The kids liked the Crispy Creme donuts for only .99 in the morning and we liked the freshly brewed Starbucks, all avail. in the lobby coffee shop. The pool was refreshing and the rooftop view was terrific. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable although we did have a problem with the refrigerator not getting cold enough. I would rec. this hotel to travelers of any age.
