| I reserved a room in this hotel a month in advance so my family would have a place to play during a recent trip for a class reunion. The play facilities were great! The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and playing on the slide. However, the service here is greatly lacking. Upon arrival a few minutes to check in time, our room was not ready. We were told to go play and return to the desk in a half hour. No problem. After a half hour, we returned to the front desk and were told to return in a half hour. This happened two more times, when we were given a room that had a king size bed and a fold out couch instead of two full size beds. It worked, but was not as we had requested. Not long after finally getting into our room, we requested a couple extra bath towels as the five of us were getting ready for the reunion. We were told that towels were being folded as we speak and some would be brought to us. Those towels never came. When we returned after the reunion, we again called to ask for towels. This time, we were told the towels were being washed as we speak and some would be brought to us when they were done. Again, we never received towels. This is a great place to go to play. If you want to have a place to sleep or towels to dry off with, be prepared for a battle.

| This hotel is definitely geared towards families. While the fundome and foyer were indeed brand new, the rooms appeared to be remodeled, not new as implied by the hotel description. Towels very small. Suggest travellers bring their own.

| The hotel brags on their beds, but in the suite where we stayed there was a comfortable king-size bed and a terrible hide-a-bed. Those suites, with a king and hide-a-bed are the only suites available to Expedia customers. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and comfortable.

| if you have to stay here get an "outside" room as the "inside" rooms facing the covered courtyard are depressing, gloomy and full of screaming children. Basically an OK hotel, breakfast not bad but just stay outside unless you love kids

| The hotel was extremely fun to stay in. If you have children traveling with you this is the place to stay. Plenty of stuff to keep them entertained. The front deck personnel however are not really interested in helping you out. We had to call EVERY night we were there (5) so that we could get bath towels. After waiting for 2 hours the first night for them to bring them and the second night having to go get them from the front deck myself I just started stopping by the front deck every night when returning to get towels. Needless to say the staff was not helpful or interested in helping at all. But the kids like....

| Family style meets low end service. With a staff full of trainees (or so it appeared). If you need anything be prepared to walk and if the Maid shows up at all be grateful. It's amazing that this hotel is under the same ownership has the others in the chain.
