| my only comment about our permanency in the hotel is regarding the little kindness of the officials in the reception. The rest of commitments of the hotel was completed to satisfaction

| I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always recieved good service from all staff. Rooms are big enough to stay 4 persons in a double. The location is convenient, near the airport and car rental agencies and more or less equidistant to the Township of Aventura and downtown Miami. Buss stop in front of the hotel, too. Definitly my favorite. May be a little out of way if without car.

| Considering the price, the hotel was very average. Adequate but nothing special. Very much an in and out place for the night, conveniently located near the airport with a shuttle service, but not a place to stay any longer.

| The hotel is pretty old and run down; there was a leak (from the air conditioner) in our room; although the room was non-smoking, it smelled like smoke and food.

| Grungy place. Bar closed. Asked for a rollaway--3 additional calls and 4 hours later, one finally arrived (11:45 PM). Desk people were nice, but would only stay here for an early flight the following day as it is @ 1 mile from Miami airport. Also, restaurant was awful!!

| I inadvertently ended up at this hotel for the second time recently. The first time, 3 years ago, we thought it was scheduled for demolition because it was not well kept, and had the feeling of disuse. A coworker made reservations here and when I walked into the lobby I realized it was the same place. Apparently one of the cruise lines is using it to stage their crew hiring so lots of people hanging around in the lobby. Fire alarm went off 4 times during the night and no announcement or apology was given. (There was no fire)

| My Room was mistakenly offered twice to different customers by the hotel during a very short 4 nights stay. The staff who respond me to this was really rude and abominable~
