| Everyone was very helpful, courteous and kind. Great place to stay to walk to Great American Ball Park. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only negative remark I have is I wish the walls were a little thicker, you could hear everything in the next room!!

| I expected more for the money. The smoke detector went off everytime I took a shower. Maintenance was slow to come turn it off. The pool was small. And there is no free parking.

| Checking in was fine, non smoking room was not what i thought it would smell like....Invest in some Febreeze and make sure you hit the Curtains and the bed & linens.....Tilex would help in the bathroom to eliminate the mildew marks in the shower....floors need to be double checked for leftover trash...

| Just returned from a trip to the Queen City to see the Mets play at the Great American Ballpark. The Hyatt is located downtown, access to everything, great location for both baseball and football venues. Parking was off site and a block and half away, but they have a valet service and/or a enclosed walkway to get there. Excellent service at Findlay's Rest, pool and spa were very nice, recommended.

| We had a great weekend away from the kids at they Hyatt. The room was affordable and very clean. It is located within walking distance of many restaurants.
