This 13-story hotel sits on landscaped grounds in downtown Bethesda, one block from Bethesda Metro Station and within a five-minute walk to many restaurants, shops, and businesses. The National Institutes of Health and Bethesda Naval Hospital are 1.5 miles from the hotel. Daily buffet breakfasts are complimentary, and social hours Monday–Thursday provide complimentary appetizers or desserts and a variety of beverages. Area restaurants operate a dinner delivery service and a grocery shopping service is available. On-site recreation facilities include a fitness room with a sauna and seasonal rooftop lap pool, plus a picnic area with barbecue grill. Pets are welcome (surcharge). Wireless Internet access (surcharge) is available in the lobby and six meeting rooms. Valet-only parking (surcharge) is provided in an on-site garage.

| Accomodations were exactly what we needed and requested. Hotel is centrally located to travel and shopping as well as 1 block from Metro. Too bad we didn't have more time to explore and shop as this appears to be a very nice area of metro DC

| Positives - fantastic free full breakfast included for everyone - everything from waffles to bacon and eggs, great area - easy walk to metro, restaurants, movie theater, etc., pets allowed, suite style rooms with full kitchenette & living area in addition to bedroom & bath - service is great, they will even do shopping for you - happy hour with free food most nights.Only Negative - parking is not included, but even valet parking was reasonable.
