| When we went to the room, the keys did not work. After the security guard also tried it, he ended up getting another set of keys for the next room, which turned out to be a smoking room (not what we wanted). The facial tissue box was empty, coffeemaker didn't work, and only 3 sets of bath towels (even though reservation showed 2 adults and 2 children) in the room. One morning at 8 a.m., the continental breakfast already ran out of orange juice, kolache, milk and ready-mix for making waffles. After several customers and myself talked to the front desk about it, it took another 20 minutes before a staff member showed up to refill all the items.

| I was dissatisfied with this hotel.Housekeeping staff was very lazy, and never did a thorough job of cleaning the room - it was hit or miss, and the sink wasn't washed even once.Also, when I arrived after a series of long flights, there was NO toilet paper in the room - something I will never take for granted again in a hotel room.
