Located near the shores of Lake Havasu, this condominium complex is just a mile and a half from London Bridge. Tour bus excursions to the clubs and casinos of Laughlin, Nevada leave regularly from the nearby town center. On site, the condo complex offers three outdoor pools, each with its own spa tub and sundeck. Guests also have use of the clubhouse, barbecue grills, and guest laundry. The front desk has videos available for the in-room VCRs.

| The toilet stopped working on the thrid day and they only have housekeeping two days out of the week.
