| The front desk is very friendly, but the room and the shuttle bus are dirty and smell. The breakfast is the worse that I ever had. They have cereal, toast and self-make waffle. And the waffle tastes horrible.

| The hotel is located on a busy road, if you can sleep through traffic it is just as good as any other hotel. The restaurant was great, I have food allergies & they were very accommidating. The shuttle to & from the hotel & to graceland was great. I found the people very pleasant & helpful.

| this is a very old hotel with much to be desired. if you need an inexpensive and fairly clean place to stay, it's ok, but i would not stay there again due to the need for remodeling or better yet, tear down and rebuild.

| We asked for connecting rooms; they weren't even together until we complained. The toilets were so stained that we just hoped they were clean. We had to call three times to request enough towels for the three people in each room. The one bright spot was the indoor pool. It was warm as bath water and a large compared to some hotel pools.

| Don't stay at this hotel. The room smells, the front desk is not friendly, the hotel is in a bad part of town, etc. They have tried to beef up security and the lobby looks nice but it is not worth it.

| The service was unacceptable at this hotel. They were very rude to us. Any time we needed something or had a question, they were not helpful at all. Be prepared to be charged for every little thing. I will definetely never book this one again. The rooms were not dirty, but they were not the best either. The hotel is run down. Don't be fooled by the price. It's also in a bad area of town.

| The motel is old. The room was dark, dingy and very dirty. There was supposed to be on site security which we did not see. There was more activity in the parking lot during the night than on the freeway on the other side of the fence. The grounds were dirty, weedy and full of garbage.

| Only coffee was served and no continental breakfast. The front desk staff just handed us brochures and told us we had to make arrangements on our own. No shuttle service was offered. The location of the hotel is not in the best part of town. The rooms however were very clean, good a/c, nice bathrooms, clean linen.
