| nice for kids it was big with refrig and stove each room has its own tv. great view of big bear lake. but not all rooms have that view. play groud for the kids. indoor pool was nice. elevator didn't go all the way to ground had to drag suitcase up about 6 steps. did have some ants in the room. but cleaned them up and didn't have anymore problems. alot of activities nice

| We spent a weekend here recently. It's a bit outdated (80s), but the room was much larger than expected, with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, fireplace, dining table, DVD/VCR player, and a great view of the lake. The room could use an update and a new mattress, but overall it was a very good value. I would stay at the Lagonita Lodge again.

| The room was a little old. There was food under the mattress in the sofa. We were only there two nights though and they changed our towels and emptied our trash. The pool and jacuzzi were well kept. The fireplace in the room was nice. It was average, but worth the money.

| We spent one night(4/01) and stayed on the 2nd floor of bldg 1, room was big with full kitchen and has a nice sofa and a built in tv with dvd/vcr player above the dining table(we watch movies) and the fireplace was nice too. There is a play area behind bldg 2 and just a few feet away from the lake, my kids had lots of fun playing in the snow. Also, Alpine ski resort was only 3 miles away

| This was a last minute get away. I choose Lagonita Lodge for no special reason. My wife and I loved it. Getting snowed in was no problem. We lit candles turned out the lights and watched the snow come down. The place was fully equiped with Kitchen, cable TV and a great view of the lake.

| Lagonita Lodge was such a great deal. My 8 year old Son & I stay for several night in 02/06. Much more spacious than hotel rooms we paid alot more for. Views from the balcony were great and there was plenty to do both on the grounds and close by. We will definately return!
