| Room did not have air conditioning; given the recent heat wave in San Diego it was unpleasantly humid/warm in our room. Staff on duty was not able to give accurate directions to the hotel. Pool area was nice.

| For the area and the price it served its purpose. We stayed just to crash after a concert so we were in and out. We did however find a wad of dirty tissues in one of the beds. Otherwise conveniently located next to the 605 freeway. I would only recomend it for a short stay.

| This hotel is not the luxuary type, but their service makes you feel like you're home. They provide friendly and kindness services, from the help desk to the house keeping.

| Air conditioning blew very weak, not very cold. Notified front desk and nothing was done to rectify this. Needless to say that we had a very warm, humid stay in July.

| The hotel looks way better in person than it does on the pictures posted on the internet. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and I was lucky to get a room that overlooked the pool (nice to look at during the night). The ladies at the front desk were really helpful and had good interpersonal skills; we asked them a lot of questions about different restaurants in the area, and they were really helpful. There were a lot of restaurants in the area, which was great. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with was the "complementary breakfast" of the hotel. My boyfriend and I went downstairs at 11am and all the breakfast was gone (someone who worked at the hotel was cleaning the tables up); there wasn't even any juice! Also, the location was a little too far from bars and clubs. But the location is good for the money, and the drive to the bars is about 10-20 minutes away depending on traffic on the 5 or 805.
