| Although this is an older hotel, they have done a great job remodeling the lobby area and it is comfortable and inviting. The breakfast buffet was great. The Bistro was a fun place to go to relax after a busy day. This hotel would also appeal to families.

| Good points: Close to stores, food and the highway. This hotel also had a super comfortable bed. Not so good points: Small bathroom, asked for two double beds and I got a king a sleeper sofa. Which was okay for my kids, however when we pulled out the sleeper sofa the matress was in poor condition and the bed was broke. The hotel sent someone up to fix it and he did so with some kind of electrical wire. (Whatever works I guess) The food in the hotel was okay but if you're going to spend that kind of money on food; go somewhere else. I would recommend Mimi's Cafe. Also the pool area was nice but the pool water was slimy and cloudy. I really didn't want my kids swimming in it and flooring around the pool was smooth and VERY slick when wet.

| Rate was worth the hotel. We were impressed with the large room size. I usually stay at 4 or 5 star hotels, but this one was ok.

| Overall, the hotel and room were nice and very clean. And we loved the Sleep Number bed! My husband, who has a bad back, said he has never slept that well in a hotel room in his entire life. This is also an excellent hotel choice for families with children because of the indoor pool and nice rec area with pool tables. NOTE: Some of the rooms are "internal rooms", meaning they don't have windows that face the outside but instead face the hotel's atrium. We had one of those, which was ok, but next time I'll request a room with an outdoor view.

| The retaurant, lobby, pool and little bar in the hotel were very nice. A little cumbersome to get to because we had to go around the block to the entrance but that's the city's fault. It is easily visable right off of 95th St & I-35. Stayed in a clean standard room which was just right for the days we were there.

| The location, room, front desk staff, etc. were great. The bathroom is quite small and will accomodate only one person at a time. Service at the hotel restaurant was definitely lacking due to not enough staff but the individual servers were quite attentive after we mentioned our lack of service. The pool is a bit small -- no lap swimming -- but the hot tub is good sized. We were very concerned that there were no rubber strips on the tiled steps to and from the pool -- they were quite wet, slick, and looked like a bad accident waiting to happen. What's more, when they closed the pool at 10 pm they simply turned down the lights, which could have led to an even greater chance of an accident. We enjoyed our stay overall, but the pool area and restaurant definitely could use some attention.
