| This hotel does not deserve to be in business at all. First they refused to acknowledge our reservation, even though I had printed confirmation. The first room they gave us was smoking, though we had specifically requested non-smoking. We switched rooms only to find a bathroom with a non-working light. We finally switched rooms again and then switched hotels altogether.

| We had a non-smoking room but the whole hall smelled of smoke. The room was not very clean which made it a little hard to get comfortable. There was also bags of garbage outside of our main entrance to the building - not very appealing. Service was friendly, but slow. Continental breakfast was very disapointing. Room service only replaced our towels and did not clean or make beds. The price was right, but the quality was very disappointing and we would not choose this hotel in the future.

| We waited way to long for their mistake. They upgraded my husband and I to a 2 bedroom room. Which the beds were very tiny and very hard. Overall we were not pleased at all.
