| Great location right in downtown within walking distance from all the International film festival screenings. Though the furniture is dated, the suite was more than acceptably clean. Since we were on the 14th floor, we had great views of the city.

| It's on the low end of 2-1/2 stars. However, the location was central to all.

| This is what i would call a "tourist class" hotel. It's relatively cheap (at least it was with the Expedia package)and the upside is that you get a onebedroom apartment with a sofabed in the living room, a dining area and a full kitchen, complete with cooking and eating implements. The location is fabulous, about 2 blocks from Place Des Arts. The downside is that the decor is dorm level, the elevators are slow, and periodically there are maintenance issues.

| The first room we stayed in had filthy carpet, covered with stains and hair. The floors in kitchen and bathroom were dirty. There were dead bugs and grime on the window ledge. The curtains smelled of cigarette smoke, although this was a non-smoking room. After two trips to the front desk to complain and being told that we were stuck with this room for 3 days, the manager was contacted. The next day we were shown two other rooms. These rooms were somewhat cleaner. The furniture in this hotel is drab and a bit old. Housekeepers move vacuums room to room, but we never heard one running. The swimming pool smells of algae, as if no chlorine is used. Towels provided poolside are "less towel and more hole" (torn and falling apart). The hotel staff seems rude.

| This hotel was perfect for college kids on a budget! It was clean and big, and the fold-out couch was comfortable enough. The kitchen has a full-size fridge and stove plus dishwear and some cooking supplies, so we definitely saved money by eating in occasionally. Complimentary breakfast in the morning (toast, croissant or muffin + juice and coffee) was just fine for us. The pool and sauna were great to have after a long day out. I whole-heartedly recommend this hotel.

| We needed a quick, economical and central place to stop over in Montreal, and were pleasantly surprised at the La Tour Centre Ville. It was more of a mini suite than just a room, since it had a kitchenette too. It is a 5 minute walk from Old Montreal, and a 5 minute walk from the Train Station too.

| A well positioned hotel foor the center of Montreal. Counter staff helpful, rooms functional but not fantastic, limited parking in the basement garage and the world's slowest elevators! Still, a useful place to stay.

| This hotel is in a perfect location for TOURISTS of Montreal, you can walk to the main attractions. The hotel itself isn't the most modern but it is nice for a cheap suite experience. It has a kitchen which is great for saving money, and there is a grocery store across the street. I think this hotel is worth it for the location and it's pretty comfortable. If you are looking for a modern pricy hotel I wouldn't recommend this one. I would definately stay here again.

| Our suite was plenty big, including a kichen w/ pots, dishes and utensils. The pool was small, but nice and hardly used. Hotel staff were pleasant. Had a hard time getting to the hotel, due to bad directions. (I was driving.) There's a convenient laundry room on the top floor, but no laundry detergent available. The neighborhood is transitional. Boul. Rene-Levesque O. is fine and well-lit. Rue de Bleury, the side street, is dark, w/ empty lots, grafiti and "adult" stores. The hotel is convenient to a bank, restaurants and a grocery store. Overall, it was fine for the price. Next time, though, I might look for a nicer area of the city.
