| Location was very convenient to downtown Tempe and ASU. Very much liked the space in the room. But this property would benefit greatly by some general maintenance and updates. Continental breakfast was a plus but employees didn't keep food area tidy. Free washer and dryers were an added benefit!

| We stayed about 45 minutes and left to check-in to a new hotel. The stench in the room was unbearable and made our noses run. There was dust on the hangers, the carpet felt damp and there was no way I would have taken a shower in that room. The pool looked nice but tasted of salt water. Badly in need of cleaning, deodorizing and updating. Nice desk staff. Felt sorry for them.

| If this was rated a 2 star, I would hate to see a one star. Terribly old, outdated, dirty room. People in and out at all hours. Never felt safe. Concerned about the legality of the other tenants' activities.

| Called the clerk because there was no bedding for the hide-a-bed for our 2 children. He said the linen room was locked and he didn't have the key, so he didn't know what we were going to do. Patrons next door were in and out of their room until 5 a.m. leaving us with no sleep. Manager apologized in the a.m. informing us night clerk gave us the wrong suite the first night. Moved us to the correct suite for the next night, which was bigger and nicer...offered no type of compensation. Not a very nice area of town, obvious by the complex gates which were locked at night. Were concerned the first night about the parking area where our vehicle was located.

| The second morning we noticed that the floor was wet. We checked the shower and sink and both were OK. We then noticed that the ceiling was dripping. I complained to the front desk and they said they would check into it. I hoped that they would move us to another room but they didn't. When we got back to the hotel that night the floor was still wet and they didn't stop the leaking ceilling or moved us to another room.
