| My room stayed HOT, as did my friends NO luggage carts ownly one bellhope!!!! It took 25 min. waiting on one of three elevators from the main floor .Very slowwwww.....

| Not a bad hotel, very conveniently located. However the wait for the elevators was beyond absurd. Several times we were in a line with 30+ people waiting for an elevator. Otherwise the hotel was nice. Just be sure you have lots of time and patience... You'll need it.
