| I was not expecting the level of comfort and style that I received from this 3star hotel. There were 2 rooms to relax in and a balcony to catch a breeze. The decor was lovely and not at all 'hotelly'. The coffee, located by the elevators on my floor, was strong and hot and FREE. And to top it off, the desk clerk was happy to print my boarding pass for my flight the next day. I will stay here again.

| My wife and I generally enjoyed our stay at this property. Despite the fact that it wasn't located right off the plaza, the hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle service throughout downtown Santa Fe. This proved to be helpful since parking can be difficult to come by and inconvenient when you're continually feeding the meters. Our primary disappointment was that their "Traditional King" room was rather small. Both the sleeping room and bathroom were undersized, albeit comfortable. It would be wise to upgrade to other accommodations, if possible. Although they do not have a health/fitness facility on property, their reciprocal arrangement with the Santa Fe Spa was quite good. This is the premiere fitness facility in Santa Fe and they provided complimentary passes to their guests. The downside is that it is several miles from the property and you must drive or take their shuttle service, which they are happy to provide.

| The restaurant had great food which can be unusual for a hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Also, found the courtesy shuttle convenient as parking can be hard to find in downtown Santa Fe. The only drawbacks were that they did not have coffee makers in the room and the bathrooms were quite small.

| The establishment was very nice, and the room was very cozy. The service however, was not acceptable. The employees were rude, not once, but twice. The service put a damper on the trip.

| Thought the hotel was great. Very warm and inviting. Fireplace in lobby was cozy. Was a convenient walk to the downtown area. Hotel also had "London Cabs" to shuttle you around and pick you up. Nice touch was the Native American flute player on Friday and Saturday evenings. Would stay here again.

| Nice and clean hotel. Rooms can be larger but junior suite is a good choice. Free shuttle service is a real plus - you can get a ride to any point of interest in Snta Fe and back when you need it. Affiliated health club (10 minutes by shuttle, free for hotel guests) has a lot of equipment, sauna and a steam room.
