| The point of staying here is to make your life at MIA easy. It couldn't be more convenient to emerge into the terminal and go catch your flight, especially when it's a flight departing very early in the am. The rooms are quite small but we didn't care given how short our stay was.

| I chose this Hotel because of the convenience but as soon as I arrived I regretted it.The front desk was not polite and acted like He was doing me a favor for staying in his hotel. The room had bad smell and carpet was dump.I also found trash under the bed.I did not complaint at the time because it was late an I just needed a few hours of sleep before leaving the Hotel. I DO not recommend this Hotel. Marcelo A.

| Room was clean and quiet however it seemed a bit small for a king bed. Very close for catching flights. Had an international flight to take and was from the room to the gate in about 5 minutes. Great for an overnight stay but not suited for longer terms stay. Room service was prompt and order was correct.

| We returned on a flight from Europe and were exhausted. The hotel is located just one level above the exit from Customs, and is extremely convenient. Our room on the fourth floor was non-smoking and did not smell. The room was apparently for disabled persons. The shower hose mount was broken so that the shower head could not be fixed. (perhaps a person seated would only hold the shower head). The water would barely drain in the sink. The bed was firm and the linens fresh. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Other persons told us the breakfast also was good. There are not many choices for eating in the Miami airport, and this appears to be among the better. If we had a transit at the Miami Airport again, we would probably stay there again, but check out the room condition before accepting it.

| This hotel is extremely convenient. We flew in the night before a cruise and thank god we did as our flight was 5 hours late getting in to Miami. So having booked this room instead of another closer to the dock was nice. All the cruise lines shuttle from there. We used it just as an overnight stop and were happy with the room. I wouldn't recommend staying there for an extended vacation in the Miami area.

| Word to the travel wise, avoid this hotel and stay offsite. The rooms are tiny, carpets questionable, no towels, air conditioning didn't work well at all, elevators didn't work and many other nitts to pick. This hotel is VERY over priced for what it had to offer!!!

| Currently under renovation. Rooms large, well balanced a/c, & quiet; staff very accommodating. Restaurant on top floor exceptionally good for a restaurant on the top of a hotel. Complained about room's clock radio not working - immediately replaced.
