Much better than other hotels in Dupont Circle area (eg Jury). Clean-smelling and fluffy bedding and bed. Superb location, great for morning walk or job around the mansion embassies. Hotel won't extend based on Expedia rates, so if want extend, must go through Expedia. Friendly staff, including housekeeping.

An older hotel, it is conventiently located for most DC activities. Near Dupont Circle and Embassy Row, there are many fine resturaunts and things to do within easy walking distance.

The Westin is located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the Dupont Circle metro station. There are many good restaurants nearby (within a 10 minute walk at a leisurely pace). The hotel itself is very nice, and the accomodations were quite comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again.

You go to the Westin Embassy row for location, not much else. I don't know of anything better right off of Dupont circle. I checked in kind of late and got the smoking room overlooking alley and air conditioners -- plus weird loud noises in the morning. Old construction with bathroom remodeled. Service is barely Westin quality.Good points are bedding, shower, in-room Internet access (for a fee)..... and don't put candy bars on the desk, thank you.

I loved the location and comfort of the hotel, however, the service was quite poor. We had requested 2 beds, non-smoking, but on arrival found that we could only get a fold-away cart, which only arrived after 4 phone calls and a trip to the front desk- 12 hrs after our arrival.

The Westin beds are very comfortable. Location on Dupont Circle ideal for easy access to Georgetown and museums. We had an excellent dinner in the former Jockey Club. The Expedia price was excellent. We will book again.
