| It`s a good option in a very expensive zone of USA, mainly in hollidays. It`s well placed fairly near of downtown of Newport. I recommend this hotel as a good trade off of price-quality.

| Nicer hotels in the area however some were very expensive and others were booked, tried this one as it was within our price range; it turned out to be very clean, comfortable and near the navy base which was all we were looking for at the time. Not much variety in the complimentary breakfast but did enjoy the easy-to-use waffle iron.

| Nice pool, friendly housekeeping staff. Decent continental buffet. 10 minutes away from Newport attractions. Cheaper than in town. Convienient to shopping, food, Movies, services. I'd go back again. Watch those weekend rates!

| This Motel is located a conveniant distance from Newport. The rooms are good size, clean, and the overall appearance of the building makes a good impression.

| Hotel is close to Newport. Only complaint was lack of attention to the complimentary breakfast bar -- the pickings were very slim at 8:30 a.m. on a weekday.

| during the stay, there was work in progress. It was not possible to have breakfast. Some guest made a lot of noise during night!

| The room was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much-- the only comment would be that the breakfast was rudimentary and had no variety to speak of.
