| The room was small, and not well appointed, especially the bath room. It was not up to the usual standards of Hyatt club rooms. The breakfast in the lounge was quite good however. I will look for a different hotel in Auckland next time.

| Everything is fine, except by the bathrobes... they were clean but stained with a yellow substance.

| Great service - friendly and efficient. Clean and comfortable rooms. Getting to elevators from parking garage is a challenge. Could have used a few more staff on duty during check-out. Excellent dining. Dinner meal was superb and not too pricey. Breakfast buffet was way too expensive.

| Stayed 5/8/09 and 5/9/09 at Hyatt Regency Auckland in a "residence view suite" in the new tower they have built. What a fantastic surprise it was to open the door and take in this HUGE suite! Had designer kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher! Granite countertops! Even a washer and dryer which was handy after 12 days in Australia. King size bed was very comfortable in separate bedroom. Both Living room and bedroom walk out to huge deck overlooking city skyline and partial harbor view. Hotel restaurant also should get high marks, had wide menu, food served with flair, meals were excellent! Would definitely stay here again!

| I go to Auckland on business quite often. After trying several other hotels, the Hyatt Regency has become my home away from home while in New Zealand. Its understated elegance, unparalleled service and perfect location (walking distance to all my favorite shops and restaurants on High Street)make it the perfect choice.

| We booked into the Hyatt at the last minute, and what a treat. It was by far the best hotel we had stayed at during our trip to NZ. The staff was always friendly and gave us pointers on where to go and what to see. The hotel is located in downtown Auckland, which is a definite bonus for getting to the sites without having to deal with the traffic. I definitely recommend this hotel.
