| The room was hot, the towels were dirty or stained and the room appeared to have not been cleaned since previously used. This place not recommended at all.

| The hotel was filthy. The water backed up in the tub and in the sink and it didn't smell too good. The area was seedy. The front desk personnel was not very helpful when asking directions. They were sarcastic and acted annoyed.

| This hotel room was extremely clean! They do a nice job keeping it up however the location is not prime. It doesn't feel like the safest place I've ever stayed. We put all of our valuables in the trunk of the car and parked right in front of our window in order to feel comfortable leaving the car outside all night.

| I realize that this is a very inexpensive hotel, but it wasn't even clean. Stayed here because I thought it was right on ASU campus, which it is not. Moved to another hotel after one night.

| This hotel is a great value. The rooms are clean. The service, while not spectacular, is fine. A nice feature is that you get a refridgerator in your room.Convenient to Tempe, ASU, the Phoenix Zoo & Desert Botanical Garden. This was my 2nd stay in this hotel & if I get back to Tempe/Phoenix I plan to stay again.
