| Hotel was in process of renovation - construction (including loud jackhammering) was still going after 8:30 pm. When asked if that would end soon, hotel desk staff were unable to say. Were put in a two-bed double despite a reservation for a king standard; desk staff refused to change until contacted directly by Expedia CSR. Hotel advertised wireless Internet access - but this was in fact not available. Rooms were small, bathroom microscopic. Hotel did not provide even a notepad & pen or facial tissues. Holes in wall, no elevator, no all-weather access to registration office (& it was raining), shower head had significant deposits causing poor water dispersal - just overall poor maintenance. Front desk help seriously lacking & disinterested.
