| Rooms had a slight odor; bed was okay on comfort;hotel elevators had a strong odor. Carpet seem to be very old; would not walk barefoot on carpet in rooms; bathroom door would not lock; housekeeping staff was the friendliest; pool seemed small and closes at 10pm so I didn't have a chance to enjoy it. Overall,would spend a little more the next time for comfort and friendlier staff that would be more accomadating than the Sheraton. I got back to the hotel late each night and parking was very hard to find. Lobby bar drinks were pricey.

| The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. We had trouble trying to keep the temperature of the room cool enough. You can hear guests going in and out of their rooms all night plus anyone talking going down the hall. I was up the first night quite a bit. The hotel shuttle to the airport is great as we used the Marta to go the ball game.

| I was here for only a few hours and my only need besides the bed and shower was internet access. They wanted to charge me $10 for this 'service', when even cheap hotels give it away for free. No more Sheratons for me.

| My sister and I stayed at the Sheraton Gateway primarily because we needed a complimentary shuttle to the airport The Sheraton Gateway was nicely appointed and the room was clean, comfortable and even though I've stayed in some incredibly nice hotels, I'd have to say the bedding at the Sheraton was among the best I've experienced. Each bed came with FOUR big, fluffed pillows and was covered with a gold threaded duvet. We felt very safe and secure and arrived the next morning to the airport, via the complimentary shuttle, in a few minutes. I would definetely stay there again.

| The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was fresh and well prepared, and the servers attentive. The room was impeccable, and comfortable, with all the amenities. It was just what I needed, as I was in town for the funeral of a lifelong friend who died suddenly.

| This hotel was nice, the best thing about it and what the reason I would definitely come back is the bed. The bed and linens were so comfy. The only drawback was the time of year, there was a convention of family reunions. There were too many children, which seem to be in the rooms by themselves, making too much noise when they walked down the halls, and they left all kinds of trash as they passed. But for the hotel and it's staff, I would say they were great.

| My stay at the Sherton was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds were realy comfortable. Next time I vist Atlanta I will deffinely stay again.

| Very well and centrally located. Great Restaurant across the hotel. Staff friendly and very accomadating. Liked the quiet atmosphere.Beutiful Foyer and decor. Not much for menu in food selection at Hotel.Very nice and clean pool...great Gymm and Spa.
