| The floor had food and some type of medication on the floor. There was no shampoo. The towels were way too small for adults. Way too high priced for what we got. We will never stay there again.

| We booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Flagstaff. The staff was very friendly, despite the angry traveler in front of me in line at the desk. The breakfast was decent - you could make your own fresh waffles if you wanted to. The room was clean and well cared for. My main problem was with the bed. It was one of the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. I hardly slept at all for the two days we were there. It might just depend on your preference for firmness, but I felt like I was sleeping on a piece of plywood. The other disappointment to me was the swimming pool. While it does exist, the maximum capacity listed was 12 - and I would say that is only if the 12 of you are very good friends. It was incredibly tiny, as was the hot tub. Other than those two things, I would recommend the hotel for the location (right next to the freeway, gas stations, food, etc.) and the staff.
