| Very nice and clean, the only thing that I noticed was the train tracks nearby. I never heard any trains during the night, so we were never bothered by it.

| When the need arise to return to Charleston West Virginia, Ramada Plaze will be our first and only choice. My huband and I truly enjoyed the cleanliness and accommodations in our room, with the luxury of having a couch and coffee table, desk and chair with good lighting, and everything we needed to feel at home. The courtesy of the first person we met, "Ramon", was extremely nice. Oh, by the way, the "full" breakfast was delicious and reawarding! I will recommend this hotel to anyone who are planning to visit Charleston WV.

| I was in town on business and stayed two nights with this hotel. I requested an extra pillow which was brought to me in a matter of minutes, the place was clean, comfortable and had a great staff. I dont see myself needing to return to that particular town anytime soon, however if the need should arise I would stay in this hotel again without question.

| I was Very unhappy with this hotel. To begin with I called the hotel to see how close it was to a place where I had to be the following day, they told me I would be 10 minutes away.It was 45 minutes away!!The room stank of beer.A huge mirror crashed to the floor and broke everywhere at 4am scaring my daughter and disrupting our sleep. The woman at the front desk was VERY rude and nasty.I wouldnt refer this hotel to anybody!

| Convenient to highway. Local radio station had party with entertainment and free food--very nice. Outdoor/indoor pool area was tropical and well kept. Room had large refrigerator, nice tv, large bathroom, coffee maker. Buffet breakfast, completely with make your own waffles was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to all.

| Our room was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The staff were very helpful and polite. The food on the breakfast buffet was barely edible (powdered eggs and greasy sausage) also the salads that we ordered the night before, at dinner, were brown and lifeless with soggy croutons. This is a very nice hotel, for the money, but I would recommend that you eat elsewhere.
