| I was very impressed with the staff there. Everyone is very attentive, the food is fantastic and the activities are broad. This is a perfect place if you have children, there's so much for them to do. Don't get me wrong, there's much for adults to do as well. I recommend this place for all ages, it was very enjoyable and I can't wait to go back!

| Our trip began with service at the airport to the hotel. They served drinks while we were checking in. The hotel grounds are big and well maintained. There are several pool options, so there is never an overcrowding or fight for lounge chairs. The food options were all very good. The beach is one of the best in the world. there are several excursions they offer for free, so you don't have to pay for anything once you are there. The staff never accepted any tips from us....and the kids had a fantastic time. We can't wait to go again!

| I must admit after reading some of the other reviews i was a little skeptical about the hotel. However after spending 5 nights there i can assure you that you will not be disappointed. The place was absolutly beautiful and the beach is one of the nicest beaches i have ever seen. The staff was extremely friendly and helpul and everything about the resort was top notch. If u go make sure u have a drink at the Turtle Bar as the bartenders like the booze are top shelf. Overall i thought the food was average but believe me it was worth every cent. u will not be disappointed with the breakfasts or lunhes and dinners at Kimonos and Sapodillas were excellent. overall my review is 4 stars.. P.S. Our 2 year old had the time of her life with all the Sesame Street themed events.

| I've never been to an all-inclusive resort before, but I would definately recommend this one to anyone! The staff was super friendly and did everything they could to make you feel welcome. I was convinced that there would be tons of children running around constantly, but they have plenty of their own activities. Great for families that want to have fun or for couples that just want to relax. Kimonos and Sapodillas restaurants were FANTASTIC!

| The rooms HVAC allowed rooms to become humid. Ants were present in the room. The walls needed painting. The food was bland with no real Carribean flare.

| The mildew smell in the French Village hits you like a ton of bricks as soon as you open the room door. Then you discover that the scent of Pine sol does not mix well with the scent of Mildew. Some rooms have dehumidifiers and some don't. When you spend the money for resort features and accomodations, you expect that and not 5th rate accommodations. The spa on the other hand was first rate!
