| I got in from a delayed flight at 2 am and they picked me up nd brought me back to the hotel, for a chain hotel it has a nice lobby, excellent service and decent rooms. Best hotel in Manchester NH by far...

| We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson and it was very convenient to the verizon wireless arena. However, there were some things that just weren't right. First, they charge for parking in the garage adjacent to the hotel. In a city the size of manchester, this should not occur. We were there on a Saturday night, and most of the garage was empty so there is no premium on parking. Secondly, the cafe had essentially no air conditioning where they seat you for breakfast. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable to eat in those conditions. They have some staff problems which were quite evident by the jealous infighting that was going on between the various hostesses, managers, and waitresses. We felt like we were being fought over which led to confusion about our order or being totally ignored by all 3 parties at some points. I would recommend staying at the hotel, but not eating there, and if you can avoid it, not parking there.

| Staff was friendly, helpful. Room was very clean. Only irritating aspect was that the fitted sheet kept slipping off the mattress and one of the lamp shades was stained.

| The property was clean and visually appealing and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Dining options were limited especially later on in the evening. Heating fan was quite loud. Internet access worked very well.Nothing bad to report but definitely no better than "adequate" in my opinion.
