| I wasn't expecting much, but this hotel, although located near the airport, was located in not such a great neighborhood. I was glad I was there only to sleep, but I wouldn't recommend it.

| The hotel lobby was nice. The room is ok for a business trip..and not spending much time around the room. Was clean though. Just cant give it more than a 2.5 star rating.

| I arrived at about 3 pm, having been told that check in time was after 2 pm. My room was apparently not ready. After a ten minute wait, a room was made available. I asked about the shuttle bus to the airport and was told that after 2 pm it operated on request. I therefore requested a transfer, and was told ten minutes. After about half an hour and several phone calls between the hotel and the driver, the bus eventually appeared, driven by a very off-hand driver. This was in stark contrast to a similar transfer that I made the following day, when the driver could not have been more helpful - it wasn't his fault that most of the courtesy phones in the airport, used to call the hotel buses, were not working! The hotel room was fine and facilities in the room good. A basic breakfast was also included. Overall an average rating for this class of hotel.

| The main reason why I booked this hotel was because it was a Best Western. Very disspointed when I got to the hotel, it looks old and needs maintenance. The bathroom was not well cleaned

| Overall our stay was great. The only negative was that on the last day there, someone came into our room while we were gone and changed the way my laptop computer was connected. I had left the internet cable disconnected but when I returned it was connected. The staff was very apoligetic but coulod not explain what had happened. They immediately changed the door lock code and issued new key cards.

| This hotel had the best service I've ever seen at a Best Western. The facilities were very nice (the gm could use a little work, but still was good), complimentary breakfast was wonderful, and the free airport/MARTA shuttle was invaluable for us out-of-towners. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to rent a car.
