| We've had a business stay in the hotel. First if you stay there you need a car, because the location is in unwalking area.When we tried to walk from Dallas Market Hall , we saw a lot of homeless peaple sitting on the street. The room was a good size, but smell in it was awful. It smelled like dirty socks . But the restourant was great. The food was very delisious d

| I am temporarily mobility limited while recovering from back surgery. The Expedia reservation site did not allow for special room and service requests. However, on arrival, I asked if there were special accomodations for handicapped and they assigned us to a special room with handicap features. It was excellent. No extra charge. Everything about our stay there was above our expectations. The price was very reasonable. The staff was courteous. The decor was very tastefully done. We will likely return to the Courtyard on future visits to Dalls.

| The only problem was not being able to watch a movie we selected in our room. We were told too many people were watching the same movie. We tried for four hours to get the movie in our room but was unable to see it.
