| I know that Hilton's have a good reputation but I'm not too big a fan of airport hotels. Flew in late in the evening, they were quick to pick me up at P4. They didn't have enough people manning the check in desk at 1 am as there ended up being a line but hey, not too bad. They were friendly, the room was big and comfortable, and the hotel was very nice. Worth a look.

| Good rooms, well furnished, nice staff, a very professional and friendly shuttle service to Newark. Cleaniness of common areas (aisles, corridors) must be improved. Common restrooms very unsatisfactory as they were really dirty at 10.30 AM. Restaurant expensive. No wireless in rooms: only cabled LAN and for a fee, while many hotels nearby offer free wireless. No wireless working even in lobby at 13.00 PM. Valet parking courteous but expensive.

| This was an excellent hotel, no doubt. Our room was very clean and well-kept. The beds were quite comfortable; we slept well. The staff were cordial (well, by NY/NJ standards I guess--we're used to friendlier service in CA). The only minor setback was that all their vending machines downstairs were broken. Also, it was not clear on the log-on screen that they would charge high-speed Internet access on a per-calendar-day basis (some hotels do so on a per-24-hour basis). So I asked and was told it was per 24 hours, but I got charged for 2 days for using the service in the evening and the morning after. When I complained, they credited one day back. Nonetheless, it was a great hotel. I picked it because of the good reviews, and I'd give it a thumbs-up, too.

| This hotel was as described. I choose it as an overnight stay travelling on to JFK the next morning. Perfect for overnight stay, being an airport hotel, not much in the way of choice of food after 10pm,(I arrived at 10.30 pm after a 4 hour flight) and it was expensive - but then the room was resonable price.

| Everyone we encountered who worked in the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean and very comfortable and if we return to Newark, we would definitely stay again.

| Not only was the hotel clean, modern, and with good service, it's very convenient to the airport and the free shuttle to the airport (which runs every 20 minutes) was on time. The food and service in the dining room were good as well.

| We stayed at this hotel 7/16/06 one night since our flight schedule had an overnight layover. The hotel has an easy shuttle service to the airport, which worked great the next morning for our family of five. BUT when we arrived at the airport and called, the hotel told us to allow 20 min. for the shuttle. We waited...an hour! Finally caught a cab. NOT happy about that. The hotel is an older Hilton, but still nice. A comfortable stay for one night.

| The hotel was very clean and the staff were really nice. It would have been nice to know that the internet access was an additional 10.00 for a 24 hr period. Then as I was leaving learned that there was free wireless in the lobby if you wanted to sit on the floor. (Many people do it that way). I truly enjoyed my trip to NYC and had a wondeful time. I hope I get to go back some day.
