| My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. It was near to areas we wanted to see. Service was friendly and helpful. Had a great time in Chile.

| I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past year, and I have to say that, I will always go back without a doubt. The location is perfect to allow rest and relaxation after a days of hard work. The hotel is located far enough away from all the noise of downtown Santiago but, it is also close enough to the business district, allowing for a short trip to wherever your business might be. The trip from the airport can feel a bit long (45min), specially after the long flight from the US. However, this should be cut to about 15 min. after completion of a new highway project later this year. Overall, the Sheraton Santiago is and always will be my prefered hotel in Santiago de Chile.
