| PROS: As one of the few search returns for hotels for one room and six people, it was very cost effective, especially when you consider the room tax is per room. We couldn't find a better deal anywhere. Hi-Speed internet was actually high speed and connection was truly plug and play under Win Xp. You did need an Ethernet/Cat 5 cable. I'm not sure if Cat 5 cables were available from the desk as I had my own. Wireless was not advertised and I didn't try as I prefer the security of a wired connection anyway. Room was spacious with kitchenette (microwave, sink and refrigerator. NO stove). Two TVs with VCR (no DVD), the two queen beds separated from the rest of the room by means of sliding pocket doors. (doors were louvered so no sound isolation) Complimentary full breakfast was great! Additional towels for pool/hot tub provided in pool area. Check in was easy and prompt, all hotel personnel were friendly and accomodating. CONS: Just a few minor complaints. 1) Dryer in washroom was inconveniently out of order "indefinitely". 2) Hot tub had a "ring" (ick!) and temperature wasn't really that hot. More like a "luke warm" tub. 3)Sheets for fold-out bed were not in room upon arrival, but front desk promptly provided upon request.

| This hotel was a nice one, but the room, I have to admit was not in perfect condition. Some of the border was peeling and the doors had a hard time to shut. They did have good service, but one day, our room was not cleaned and the staff was very rude about it. We nicely asked if it could be cleaned, and said there was nothing they could do. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, but could have been better. The area that the hotel was in was great because it was right where all of the shopping and dining were, which was a big plus. I give the hotel a 3.8. Almost a four to me, but not quite there yet, they need work.

| Room was not that clean, could hear all other guests around us, above us etc so sleeping was difficult. Was nice to have a microwave and frig/sink area. Pool was nice though and the breakfast was okay - would pass on this one in the future though overall. We asked for a nonsmoking room and ended up getting a smoking room. Breakfast, cleanliness and noisiness would prevent us from going back.

| For what you pay for this hotel, the amenities are good. The service was great, the pool was fun, and the breakfast was good as well. However, the cleanliness was a bit lacking. I did end up rewashing the bathtub before we used it and the sofa bed was covered in crumbs when we first pulled it out. While I wasn't thrilled with the cleanliness of the room, we did have a good time on our stay.

| My mom is in a nursing home in Memphis where I grew up and I had stayed there last year and decided it was so great and clean that I would no doubt stay again...........What a difference a year makes!!! My room had wallpaper border peeling off the walls, it wasn't that clean, and just the overall cleanliness was gone. Don't know if management has changed or what? We also had kids running up and down our halls all night long and when someone else complained to the front desk before we did, all the fellow said was sorry...........It is an ok hotel for the area of town and convenient, but there are probably better deals and much nicer rooms. Our bedspreads looked like it had been eons since they had been cleaned.....carpets, too........If it is a great deal online, take it, if not, keep looking..........

| I had lived in Memphis for years but recently have needed to stay at hotels and have stayed at several various chains/locations lately. This one is clean, caring and conscientious. Came in late from long travel day and someone made sure that I got a beer from the just missed happy hour. Best tasting beverage ever. Have paid less for rooms and more for rooms but this was great value and had clean pool area and lobby and rooms as well. Breakfast was a bit greasy, more like a truck stop, but there were healthy options also, like cereals and yogurt and fruit.

| There were two major problems with this hotel. First, the customer service at the front desk was quite lacking. The person on duty in the evenings was curt and bordered on downright rude. The second (and bigger) problem was the state of the room. There was a pungent odor that greeted us upon entering the room that did not go away over the 3 days we stayed. Also, two of the three days we had no maid service. The one day our room was "cleaned," the bed was left unmade! The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, we walked around with our shoes on and I was afraid to let my daughter touch anything.

| Hotel room was very nice & clean. Very good value for the price. I was expecting a larger jacuzzi like tub because of the "jetted tub" description but it was just a regular tub. Other than that the room was just perfect.
