| There was a musty smell throughout the hotel . . . the hot tub had a disgusting green foam in one corner that we didn't notice until we were already in it . . . our toilet didn't flush correctly . . . the bathtub had a dirty film on the surface . . . the elevator took absolutely forever despite there being three of them . . . the comforter and sheets were cheap and uncomfortable . . . even the hotel-provided toiletries seemed like they were bought in bulk at the dollar store . . . not impressed

| I was skeptical about staying here based on the existing reviews for this hotel but it was where I needed to be for this business trip. All of the staff was pleasant and it was apparent that building improvements were being made as there was some remodeling construction in process. Still some work to be done but everything overall was satisfactory with my stay. And I also wanted to let everyone know that the elevators were working fine.

| I thought Wyndham was supposed to be a quality hotel. Boy was I suprised. The hotel interior looked like it had not been upgraded since it opened. The matresses were thin and not comfortable. The room did not have a do not disturb sign. The in room coffee was not replenished for the next day. A lot of little things that addedd up to a disappointing stay.

| Service was slow and generally not friendly or helpful. Room amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) were below the quality you would expect to find in a much cheaper hotel. My room didn't even have a trash can in either the room or bathroom so i was forced to leave trash in a pile on the desk for the whole week. Elevators are VERY slow and inadequate. I waited as much as 15 min to get an elevator that wasn't full.

| The room wasn't up to the usual quality, the beds were the basic motel beds, not the usual better quality beds I associate with the Wyndham chain. The room telephone was broken. The shower fixture was pulled out of the wall, and the bathroom was mildewed.

| My first impression of this hotel was a man at the front desk who was not very friendly or concerned about my needs. The room was so hot when we arrived, we could hardly stand it. Upon turning on the air conditioner, we realized the fan was so loud we would never be able to sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was so dry. None of the ice machines on ANY floor were working. And the elevators were so slow, you could wait for ten minutes to get on one. Would never stay here again. This hotel gives a bad rap for any other Wyndham hotel.

| The room was good, well appointed (standard conveniences, and spacious), but the hotel showed signs of age: basic maintainance needs to be done (a "face lift"). Nothing was wrong, but things were broken in spots. Other than this, good service, quiet room, and overall asthetically pleasing. I would stay there again.

| We were looking for a quick overnight for our drive down the Jersey Tpk that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I chose this hotel at random from the description offered online. It was less than I expected/hoped for. Desk service was OK, room was OK, amenities lacking. I guess I got what I paid for, but I wouldn't stay here again.
