The service was great. The hotel provided so many activities that you did not have to leave the resort to have a great time. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious. The beach was clean and my husband and I really enjoyed hobie cat sailing, scuba diving and riding on the glass bottom boat, which was all included with your stay! We have and would recommend this hotel to others.

We thought the resort seemed large and spacious. We never felt crowded. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. All of the water sports, the catamaran cruise, snorkling, and many other activities were all included and amazing! We enjoyed the food buffets as well. Huge variety of food, and at least one of the restaurants was always offering food. Our favorite was the swim up pool bar. We really enjoyed this all inclusive resort and would love to go back.

Couples Negril was a wonderful honeymoon destination! The grounds were beautiful and well maintined, the food was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. We are looking forward to returing for a second honeymoon. Several other guests were pleased enough to be repeat visitors. Also, the "no tipping" policy allows you to leave your money locked in your room while receiving sincerely friendly service. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and never left the resort (so we have no opinion on the surrounding area).

Very nice hotel with for the most part excellent service. Food and drink top notch, included watersports a real plus. We had never done adults only or all-inclusive before, and both were great; we put our wallets and money in the safe for the entire time we were there, never had to hold out for a check at the end of the meal, because you just get up and leave when you are done. Your coffe cup, water glass, or wine glass will seldom if ever go empty; the service is generally spot-on. Our room was very comfortable, good a/c and very quiet, kept very clean. All in all the staff goes to great lengths to ensure you have a good stay at the resort.

We were there for our honeymoon and it was perfect. It was so relaxing and quiet. The beach was so clean. The service was great. We had water problems on our first day there and they took care of it as soon as possible. The drinks are definitly not watered down and there was so much food to pick out of you didn't run out of choices.

I researched hotels for over three months and decided on this one. After talking with people who have vacationed in other places in Jamaica, I definately made the right choice. The hotel has very spacious grounds and the all inclusive activies were first rate. The beach and pool were never over crowded, although the swim-up bar was busy at times. Be sure to take the orientation tour of the hotel.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean. The only problem was the shower - the pressure was not enough to keep the shower going. I took a bath most o my stay.
