| During a 8 day stay there was only real hot water in the morning on 4 of the days. The other 4 days the water was at best luke warm. There was no wired or wireless internet access in the room. There was a pay to use public computer in the lobby. I could not find any control of the heat in the room other then turning down the water flow to the radiator. The first day the room was so hot it was stifling. Also the radiator was on a inside wall and not under the window; which was the source of cold air; resulting in uneven heat in the room.
