| Nice, comfortable hotel, well located. Parking late at night in underground garage was dicey, due to extremely tight quarters. Had a hell of a time parking. Breakfast (complimentary) adequate with nice plasma TV to watch CNN. Enjoyed the hotel.

| Large clean room, perfect location, inexpencive but not cheap. Some little things here and there could be improved, but overall the hotel was worth every penny. Recommend.

| The hotel has everything my family needs -- clean, comfortable and spacious accomodations, friendly and helpful staff, a decent freebie breakfast, parking, and a spectacular location. This was our second visit, and we'll definitely stay here again.

| I think this hotel must have previously been apartments. The suites are huge. It is great for two groups of people that both want their privacy. I understand that they do have some rooms that aren't suites, so be careful what you order.

| This hotel is great for a family vacation to Washington. The value is excelent, and while there is nothing extremely fancy about the hotel, it is very comfortable and has everything a family needs when traveling. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, especialy the suites, wich include multiple places to sleep and several televisions. The room in which I stayed, a corner suite, was very comfortable and well designed, and included a full kitchen and dining area, all for a very reasonable price. The hotel did, however, have some flaw such as the view and minor elevator problems, but it made up for them with it's excelent location, only a few minutes walk from the heart of Georgetown. An added bonus was the workout facility which was small but never crowded.

| This hotel is on a VERY quiet, safe side street in Georgetown & for the money a great deal. The hotel was very clean, the on-site parking very reasonable & safe, the staff friendly & accomodating & the location is great. Great restaurants, pubs, stores in walking distance & a short cab ride away to everything in DC. For the other high priced hotels in the area this one is a great find & deal. We would go back in a heartbeat!!! The free breakfast buffet was modest but good but since all rooms come with kitchenetts you can make or store foods in comfort.

| Id reccommend this place to all of my friends. Considering how cheap it was, i wasnt expecting so much. The hotel was quiet, the room was huge, i had no complaints.

| I have stayed here twice in recent months. I am It always surprises that expedia often has a bargain rate for this hotel. The rooms are huge and comfortable and clean. Also, there is a free breakfast that is more than adequate. I haven't seen much staff beyond the person at the front desk, but I don't view that as a problem.
